Injury Assessment & Rehabilitation

This is where recovery is done properly.

Injury Assessment & Rehabilitation focuses on identifying the root cause of your pain and guiding you through a structured, progressive plan to fully resolve it — not just temporarily relieve symptoms.

Every programme is tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your goals, helping you recover with confidence and reduce the risk of the problem returning.

This service is ideal if you’re dealing with an injury or ongoing issue that needs more than just hands-on treatment. It’s particularly suited to:

  • Recent injuries that need clear direction

  • Long-term or recurring pain

  • Pre-surgery preparation

  • Post-surgery recovery

  • Injuries that haven’t improved with rest alone

If you’ve tried to “wait it out” but the issue keeps coming back, this is where a structured approach makes the difference.

  • Detailed injury and movement assessment

  • Personalised rehabilitation programme

  • Strength and mobility progression

  • Technique and movement coaching

  • Ongoing adjustments based on your progress

Everything is designed to fit around your lifestyle, so you can stay consistent and see real results.

Frequently asked questions

What is Injury Assessment and Rehabilitation?

This service focuses on diagnosing the underlying cause of your pain or injury and guiding you through a structured recovery plan. It combines movement assessment, targeted exercise, and ongoing support to help you recover fully and prevent the issue from returning.

What’s the different from Sports Therapy?

Sports Therapy focuses more on hands-on treatment and short-term symptom relief, while Injury Rehabilitation is a long-term, structured approach aimed at fully resolving the issue. They often work best together — treatment can reduce pain, while rehabilitation fixes the root cause.

Do I need a diagnosis before booking?

No — everything will be assessed during your session. You don’t need a GP referral or scan to get started. The assessment process is designed to understand your symptoms and guide the right approach from day one.

What types of injuries can this help with?

This service is suitable for a wide range of issues including muscle strains and ligament injuries, joint pain and instability, tendon issues (e.g. tendonitis), post-surgery recovery, and long standing or recurring injuries. For a full breakdown of specific injuries and conditions we treat, visit our Conditions page.

Who is this NOT suitable for?

This service may not be suitable if you are looking for a quick fix or passive treatment only. It’s designed for people who are willing to follow a structured plan and take an active role in their recovery.

Who delivers the sessions?

All sessions are delivered by Charlie, a qualified Sports Therapist with experience in both injury treatment and rehabilitation. You will receive a fully personalised approach based on your needs and goals.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly using the buttons on this page or get in touch via this contact form if you would like to discuss your situation first.

Can I combine this with other services?

Yes as with all of our services this service is just on of the tools we can offer to create a complete pathway from injury to full performance. Many clients combine this with Sports Therapy for pain relief or Personal Training once they are ready to progress further.
